Shipping Policy

Domestic Shipping

Shipping fees will be calculated at checkout unless otherwise stated.
Most orders ship within 24–48 hours.
You can view your shipping cost after entering your address at checkout.

 

International Shipping Rates

At this time, we do not offer international shipping through our website. However, we will consider international orders on a case-by-case basis. Please email us to inquire.

Note: International customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties and taxes. If you're unsure of the costs, please contact your local customs office or post office for more information.

DHL is our preferred international carrier due to its speed and reliability.

 

Shipping a Machine for Repair

If you'd like to ship your machine to us for repair—mainly smaller lever machines like La Pavoni or Olympia—please contact us in advance to receive written confirmation.

Machines that arrive at our facility without prior approval will not be accepted.

We highly recommend having your machine professionally packed to avoid damage. It should be:

  • Double boxed

  • With at least 1 inch of clearance between the inner and outer box

  • Fully insured for the replacement value

  • Shipped with adult signature required

 

In-Store Pickup

We offer free local pickup in the Bay Area, California, for select items. Please contact us to schedule a pickup.

Pickup hours are by appointment only, Monday to Friday, between 9 AM and 4 PM, excluding holidays.

 

Shipping to P.O. Boxes

Our local shipping carriers require a physical street address. We cannot deliver to P.O. boxes by default.

If you need delivery to a P.O. box within the US, please contact us to arrange an alternate shipping method.

 

Incorrect Shipping Details

If the shipping information you provide is incorrect or incomplete, you will be responsible for any costs associated with correcting delivery issues.
