Appointments & Turnaround Time

All visits are by appointment only, which can be scheduled by phone or email.

Standard repair turnaround is 1–4 weeks from the drop-off date, depending on the complexity of the repair. It can take longer in certain cases.

Repairs may take longer if:

- There are multiple issues

- Special parts or tools are required

- We’re experiencing high service volume

Scratch and Dent Policy – Espresso Machines

We understand that even the most skilled users and trained espresso technicians may occasionally cause minor cosmetic damage during regular use or maintenance. As such, our policy is as follows:

  • Minor Scratches or Dents (≤ 1/8 inch): These are considered normal wear and tear and are not eligible for warranty coverage or cosmetic repair.

  • Significant Cosmetic Damage (> 1/8 inch): While we are unable to repaint or replace damaged panels—due to the complexity of achieving a precise color match, even when parts are sourced directly from the manufacturer—we are happy to offer a reimbursement credit toward future repairs to support the continued performance of your machine.

Warranty

We offer a 30-day warranty on parts and labor only for work performed by OZ Espresso Machines.

This warranty does not cover:

- Travel time (unless specified differently in writing)

- Any damage due to misuse, user error, or work performed by others

- Wear and tear or unrelated issues that occur after the repair

Payment & Storage

Payment is due upon pickup or receipt of the invoice, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

Invoices unpaid after 30 days are subject to a 5–10% late fee.

Machines must be picked up within 14 days of the invoice date unless prior arrangements are made. If extended storage is needed, please notify us in advance.

Machines left beyond the grace period will incur a storage fee of $10 per day until collected.
